During the month of January 2026, the Rotary Club actively participated in district-level activities and successfully executed a meaningful community service project. Four Rotary members along with their spouses attended the Rotary District Conference held at Shillong (Larit i) from 09.01.2026 to 11.01.2026. The conference provided valuable exposure to Rotary programs, leadership development, fellowship, and exchange of ideas among Rotarians of the district, strengthening commitment towards Rotary ideals. In the area of community service, the club implemented Project Pure Drinking Water – TATA Swach Tech Jal at Chaprakata Papragaon High School. The project was undertaken to provide safe and pure drinking water to students and staff. The total cost of the project was ₹85,000/-, which was fully donated by club members. The project will have a lasting positive impact on health, hygiene, and well-being of the beneficiaries and reflects the club’s dedication to Service Above Self.
